Hop Thanh Commune Police returned lost property

Hop Thanh Commune Police, Lao Cai Province, has just returned lost property to Mr. Do Minh Cong, born in 1988, residing in Doan Ket village, Hop Thanh commune.

At around 3:30 p.m. on August 7, on the way from Phong Hai commune to Doan Ket village, Mr. Cao Duc Huy and Mr. Tan Chinh Quan (both born in 2005, residing in Phong Hai commune) picked up a leather wallet containing personal documents bearing the name of Mr. Do Minh Cong. Both of them brought the wallet to Hop Thanh commune police to report and find the person who lost it.

Mr. Do Minh Cong received the property back and wrote a thank you letter.

Receiving the property, Hop Thanh Commune Police quickly verified, contacted the owner and completed the return procedure at 4:00 p.m. Receiving the wallet back, Mr. Cong expressed his emotion, thanked the two young men for their kindness and the sense of responsibility of the police force.
