Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department Trade Union organizes the program "Heart Journey"

(HQ Online) - On April 13 and 14, the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department Trade Union organized the "Heart Journey" Program in 2024 with many meaningful activities.

The Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department Trade Union presented gifts to disadvantaged people at the Center for raising children of Agent Orange victims and disabled children in Bao Loc City.

During the program, the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department Trade Union visited and presented gifts to disadvantaged people living and studying at the Center for raising children of Agent Orange victims and disabled children in Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province, worth 50 million VND.

In particular, in this program, the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department Trade Union organized a visit to review the glorious historical tradition at the La Nga Victory Monument in Dong Nai province. This is a place associated with important events of the period of fighting against the French and the Americans on the Southeast battlefield, especially the La Nga battle that marked a great step forward in the ability to coordinate, organize, and the level of tactics and techniques of the Revolutionary Armed Forces in the Southeast in 1948. This place has become a place for people to return to their roots and visit.

To effectively carry out trade union work in the new term, in this program, the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department Trade Union will organize a thematic conference on trade union work. In which, it will implement a program of exchange, discussion and sharing of trade union work experience between the Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2018-2023 term and the 20023-2028 term.
