The success of Anh trai say hi, Anh trai overcome thousand obstacles and a series of solo, indie/underground concerts last year created momentum for the performance industry in 2025 with much room for breakthroughs.

There are many advantages: potential market, young, passionate audience, updated with trends and willing to spend money to buy tickets to concerts, domestic producers' capacity is increasingly professional.

Vietnam is also starting to become a new destination in global tours of international artists.

In particular, the recent direction of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to remove bottlenecks in public-private cooperation in developing the cultural industry and performing industry by 2025 promises to inherit many achievements of the old year to "continue".

However, there are many challenges. From game shows, the concert model of Anh Trai last year was too successful but is at risk of losing popularity in the following seasons. We need to continue investing and innovating if we don't want to fall into the same rut as Chi Dep Dap Gio, Rap Viet ...

While waiting for season 2, in early 2025, the audience will meet more than 60 "brothers" of season 1. Brother Overcoming Thousands of Difficulties will hold concert 3 in Ho Chi Minh City in March; Brother Say Hi revealed that there will be concert 5 but the time and location are not yet clear. It is predicted that these two concerts will continue to set records in terms of audience numbers while the echoes of the old year have not yet ended.

And from the beginning of 2025, audiences will be able to enjoy a vibrant musical atmosphere in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The hottest right now is The Artificial Paradise Tour 2025 by the world famous band OneRepublic, which will perform in Hanoi on January 24 and Ho Chi Minh City on January 26.

Singer Thanh Lam, Lan Nha, Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Luong Khanh Nhi, and Quyen Thien Dac will join the Thanh Tung Legacy of Love concert, in memory of musician Thanh Tung at Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi) on January 11 and 12.

On January 4, Phan Manh Quynh held his first concert called Winter Train. The artist will also bring this concert to Hanoi next March.

Also in March, Ha Anh Tuan continued to bring the Sketch a Rose concert to Ho Chi Minh City. The two concerts at the Esplanade Theater (Singapore) and the Sydney Opera House (Australia) last year had 6,000 spectators.

Gen Z "muddies"

Following in the footsteps of My Anh, Phuong My Chi, Double2T, Tang Duy Tan, MONO..., the music industry in 2025 will welcome a new generation of young, energetic Gen Z artists who are receiving public attention such as Wren Evans, Grey D, marzuz, HIEUTHUHAI, The Thien, Phao...

Among them are many artists who can both sing and compose and have good stage presence.
