(Dan Tri Newspaper) - 100 underprivileged workers were moved and proud to receive Tet gifts from Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc.
On January 15th, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc visited and extended New Year greetings to the Party Committee, government, and people of Binh Dinh province, and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged workers in Phu My district.

Ms. Pham Thi Huong, who works at the Phu My Garment Factory, was very surprised to receive a Tet gift from the Deputy Prime Minister. She and her husband have two children; her husband is ill and one child is disabled, making life very difficult.
"I feel very happy and proud to have met the Deputy Prime Minister in person for the first time and to have received a New Year's gift," Ms. Huong said emotionally.
Receiving Tet gifts from Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc, Ms. Nguyen Thi Duong (52 years old, Phu My town, Phu My district) shared: "This is a source of pride for me and my colleagues in the company. We thank the Deputy Prime Minister for showing special affection for struggling workers."

Mr. Tran Van Phuc, Secretary of the Phu My District Party Committee, shared: "The gifts presented by the Deputy Prime Minister not only have material value but also serve as a great source of spiritual encouragement, giving strength to policy beneficiary families, poor households, and laborers to strive to overcome difficulties and improve their lives. This is a tradition of mutual support and solidarity, strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and creating a warm and meaningful spring for the people."
According to Mr. Phuc, in recent times, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, Phu My district has continuously strived to develop its economy , take care of social welfare, and improve the lives of its people. However, there are still many policy beneficiary families, poor households, and laborers in the area who face many difficulties in life.
"The Deputy Prime Minister's attention is a great honor for us, motivating us to continue doing even better in caring for the lives of the people, especially policy beneficiary families and poor households, ensuring that no one is left behind," Mr. Phuc shared.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc highly appreciated the socio-economic development of Binh Dinh province in general and Phu My district in particular in recent times.
"I hope the leaders of Binh Dinh province will continue to pay attention to the lives of the people, especially the workers, and implement all solutions to improve their material and spiritual well-being," the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
For factories and companies that are doing well, it's important to consider increasing wages so that workers feel secure, committed, and view the company or factory as their home.
On the same day, Vice President of the Vietnam Federation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan presented 150 gifts (1 million VND in cash and 300,000 VND in gifts) to union members and workers in Phu My district.
