Established in February 2019, after only half a year of urgently building the factory, Cap Global Co., Ltd., 100% Korean capital, officially started production and business operations (January 2020). With a total registered capital of 25 million USD, the Company has invested 21.5 million USD to build 4 factories, with an area of 2.6 hectares in a total campus area of 4.1 hectares.

The company specializes in manufacturing auto wipers and wiper accessories, with 90% of its products exported to the US market, the rest to Japan and Asia. Right from the start, the company determined to apply innovative management methods, improve production capacity and develop human resources.
The company established 8 departments and offices; recruited 502 employees in the first year and increased to 851 employees today. In 2020, the company established a trade union and held a congress, with 100% of employees being union members.
For effective management, the Company invests in and applies modern software. The Administration - Human Resources Department uses Smartbook software for timekeeping and salary calculation; the Accounting Department is managed by Misa and ERP software; other departments and divisions use ECUS and ERP software. In 2025, the Company will develop an ERP system that synchronizes the entire production process, from importing raw materials to exporting semi-finished products, helping to control progress, quality, saving time and costs.
In addition, the Company has increased automation of production lines, improved technology; renovated 3 Twincutting machines, installed additional semi-automatic and automatic assembly machines, contributing to increasing labor productivity.
The company also encourages employees to develop initiatives and improve techniques. For example, the production department's initiative in selecting semi-finished products before assembling samples has helped shorten 50% of the time compared to before.
In particular, the Company pays attention to launching emulation movements. Mr. Jung Jae Wook, Director of the Company, said: The Company launches 3D, 5S emulation to teams and departments. At the end of the month, the Board of Directors conducts inspections to evaluate and rank, and at the beginning of each month, when meeting to organize awards, with a total budget of 22 - 35 million VND. Performance bonus policy is applied regularly, with a total bonus fund of 50 - 60 million VND/month, to encourage working spirit and sense of responsibility in work.
Although a young enterprise, with a systematic development strategy, the Company has quickly affirmed its position in the field of manufacturing auto parts for export. Production and business have grown year by year. The Company strictly complies with the policies, guidelines and legal regulations of Vietnam.
In 2024, the Company will achieve revenue of VND 901 billion, paying VND 5.1 billion to the budget; in the first 8 months of 2025, it will achieve revenue of VND 875 billion, paying VND 4.5 billion to the budget.
