Fraudsters use many sophisticated tricks, such as impersonating the National Public Service Portal.
The Traffic Police Department said that all cases of texting or calling to notify people of traffic safety violations are fake and show signs of fraud.
Currently, scammers use many sophisticated tricks, such as impersonating the National Public Service Portal or creating different payment pages and "cold fine" notifications, with the purpose of getting people to log into the system, access links... with the aim of taking control of the phone, stealing money in the account...
According to the Traffic Police Department, people can access the Traffic Police Department's website (address: https://csgt.bocongan.gov.vn/) to look up information on violations detected through the monitoring system and technical equipment.
When there is a notice of violation (cold fine) sent to the vehicle owner or information about the violation is obtained through the mass media, websites/portals of the Provincial Police or the local Traffic Police Department, the vehicle owner goes directly to the addresses in the notice to work with the Traffic Police force.

People can call this number to provide information related to traffic safety and order. All feedback will be received and processed promptly and in accordance with regulations by the Traffic Police to ensure safety and convenience for people when participating in traffic.
