Bac Kan voters highly agree with the plan to rearrange administrative units.

Voters of Bac Kan province highly agree with the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units of Bac Kan province in 2025 and the Project on rearranging and merging Bac Kan province and Thai Nguyen province.

The People's Committee of Bac Kan province has issued a report summarizing the results of public consultation on the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units of Bac Kan province in 2025; Project on rearranging and merging Bac Kan province and Thai Nguyen province.

The People's Committee of Bac Kan province said that from April 17, 2025 to April 19, 2025, the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns in the province organized to collect opinions from people who are voters representing households in 2 forms: distributing ballots to collect voters' opinions and holding meetings to collect voters' opinions by voting.

Total number of voters representing households making the list: 82,273 voters; total number of voters giving opinions: 81,686 voters, reaching 99.29%.

As a result, regarding the Project on arranging commune-level administrative units of Bac Kan province in 2025 , 80,208 voters representing households present agreed, reaching 97.49% of the total number of voters; 1,477 voters representing households present disagreed, accounting for 1.80% of the total number of voters.

The percentage of voters representing households agreeing reached from 50% to less than 80% in 05 communes, wards and towns; from 80% to less than 100% in 52 communes, wards and towns; reaching 100% in 51 communes, wards and towns.

Regarding the Project to arrange and merge Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen provinces , 81,506 voters representing households present agreed, reaching 99.07% of the total number of voters; 108 voters representing households present disagreed, accounting for 0.22% of the total number of voters.

The rate of voters representing households agreeing in communes, wards and towns reached 89% or more, of which 53 communes, wards and towns reached 100%.
