Thang Binh voters petition many traffic issues

On behalf of the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, Ms. Dang Thi Le Thuy - President of the Provincial Women's Union informed voters about the socio -economic development situation, ensuring security and national defense of the province in the first 6 months of the year, key tasks in the last 6 months of 2024; results of the 24th session of the Provincial People's Council and responded to the petitions of voters of Thang Binh district.

Voters were excited about the results achieved by the province in the first 6 months of the year. At the same time, they recommended that the Provincial and District People's Councils survey and allocate funds to upgrade and expand route DH13 from National Highway 1 in Binh Trung commune to Binh Que, route DH17 from Binh Trung commune to Binh Nam; open more lanes for non-motorized vehicles on National Highway 1; install traffic lights at Ke Xuyen intersection (Binh Trung commune) adjacent to routes DH5, DH6 and Ngoc Pho intersection (Binh Tu commune).

Voters also proposed policies to support youth volunteers to participate in the Phu Ninh irrigation project and Cao Ngan lake; facilitate the conversion of land use purposes and grant of land use right certificates to people...

Leaders of Thang Binh district and delegates of the Provincial People's Council received voters' opinions. Regarding opinions related to the transportation sector, Mr. Phan Cong Vy - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thang Binh district said that route DH13 is being implemented from Binh Sa commune to National Highway 1 and will be planned as route DT613, with an implementation cost of nearly 1,000 billion VND; route DH17 from Binh Trung commune to Binh Nam was previously included in the public investment plan but could not clear the land so had to transfer the source...
