Emulation cluster of 4 agencies, Regiment summarizes emulation and reward work

Representatives of agencies spoke at the conference .

In the past 6 months, agencies and units have commended and recommended various forms of commendation to 16 groups and 155 individuals. To achieve that result, members of the cluster have taken many measures to build a strong and comprehensive unit, "Exemplary, typical", and excellently complete their tasks. Agencies and units always respond to and carry out well the emulation movements of the armed forces and the "New Dong Khoi" emulation movement, thereby creating a spread and positive change in the awareness and actions of officers and soldiers.

At the conference, cluster members contributed results, built and replicated advanced models, reported on good practices in the implementation process, assessed limitations and causes, and proposed directions, goals and tasks for the last 6 months of the year.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Cong Hanh - Deputy Commissar of the Provincial Military Command acknowledged the achievements and results of the task implementation of the agencies in the cluster, especially the replication of advanced models and effective methods.

He also noted that in the coming time, agencies need to focus on maintaining the competitive spirit, regularly discovering, fostering, building and propagating, replicating advanced models, the content and criteria of competition must be associated with the implementation of political tasks, maintaining the work of building, regularizing, and enforcing discipline, focusing on innovating the content and form of competition and doing a good job of commendation, focusing on strong breakthroughs, thoroughly overcoming weaknesses, especially in law enforcement, discipline and especially creating the right motivation and determination to compete, contributing to striving to excel in completing assigned tasks.
