Online quiz contest to learn about the Resolution of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025

Contest name: "Online quiz contest to learn about the Resolution of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030".

Exam content: Knowledge of the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Participants: Cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members, students, armed forces and people living, working and studying in and outside Lao Cai province (except members of the Organizing Committee and the Secretariat assisting the Contest).

Exam format: Online multiple choice test on the Internet. Candidates access the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's online multiple choice test system http://tuyengiao tracnghiem.laocai.gov.vn/; the Electronic Information Portal of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department (at the address: https://tuyengiaodanvan.laocai.gov.vn/, section "Internet multiple choice test" to register an account and participate in the exam. The exam is designed in the form of multiple choice tests. For each exam, candidates answer a certain number of questions within the prescribed time and submit their answers directly on the online system. (There are separate Contest Rules).

Exam time: The multiple-choice exam is expected to take place over 3 weeks in December 2025 (3 exam sessions, one session per week). Each exam session starts at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and ends at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday every week.

Prize structure and value

Individual prizes (based on the results of each round): Each week, the Organizing Committee will award individual prizes, along with Certificates. Each week there are 19 individual prizes, including:

- 01 First Prize: worth 3,000,000 VND.

- 03 Second Prizes: Each prize is worth 2,000,000 VND.

- 05 Third Prizes: Each prize is worth 1,000,000 VND.

- 10 Consolation Prizes: Each prize is worth 500,000 VND.

Collective Award (reviewed after the end of the contest): For collectives (localities, units) with positive achievements in propaganda, mobilizing cadres, party members and people to participate in the Contest. Including 07 awards, with Certificates from the Head of the Contest Organizing Committee, with values:

- 01 First Prize: worth 6,000,000 VND

- 01 Second Prize: worth 4,000,000 VND

- 02 Third prizes: worth 3,000,000 VND

- 03 Consolation prizes: worth 1,000,000 VND

The results of the weekly multiple-choice test will be announced by the Organizing Committee no later than Monday morning of the following week on the Electronic Information Portal of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the mass media. Contestants who win individual prizes each week and the collectives ranked in the final round are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact information so that the Organizing Committee can complete the awarding procedures. At the end of the Contest, the Organizing Committee will summarize, submit to the competent authority for recognition and awarding: issue Certificates to individuals and collectives who won prizes. The awarding ceremony is expected to be held at the end of December 2025 (specific time and location will be announced later) to honor outstanding collectives and individuals in organizing and participating in the Contest.

Through the contest, it aims to promote propaganda work, help cadres, party members and people grasp deeply, unify awareness and action on the basic and core contents; viewpoints, goals, tasks, and key solutions set forth by the Congress. Create high unity in awareness, will and action within the Party, the political system and the whole society to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Orientate the development of action programs and specific plans to effectively implement the goals and tasks set forth by the Resolution.
