The enforcement is carried out based on the Decision on compulsory seizure No. 25/QD-CCTHADS dated April 8, 2024 of the Enforcement Officer of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Tuyen Quang City, Tuyen Quang Province (now the Civil Judgment Enforcement of Tuyen Quang Province) to enforce the legally effective judgments of the People's Court of Tuyen Quang City. The seized assets are the land use rights and assets on the land in the name of Ms. Cao Thi Hoa, born in 1953, at the above address. The purpose is to ensure the obligation to enforce the judgment, including payment of principal debt, late enforcement interest for the judgment debtor, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam - Tuyen Quang Branch, court fees paid to the State Budget and other debts of citizens. The seized assets include a land plot of 111m² and a main house built with two floors and a reinforced concrete roof with a total floor area of 153.08m² and many other auxiliary works.

Representatives of the People's Procuracy of Region 1 Tuyen Quang , the competent authorities, representatives of the local government and the participants in the enforcement all agreed, supported and confirmed that the documents and procedures for the enforcement of the judgment were ensured to be in accordance with the provisions of law. The person who must enforce the judgment, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa, has the right to receive the property back if she pays the full enforcement fee and arising costs 1 working day before the auction.
