In the 26th minute of the match CAHN vs TP.HCM in round 19 LPBank V-League 2024/25, in a situation where his teammate cleared the ball very strongly from the home field, midfielder Le Van Do tried to head the ball for Van Vinh to finish right in front of TP.HCM's penalty area but was unsuccessful.
Due to a strong collision with a visiting player, Le Van Do suffered a tear and swelling in his right eye. He lay on the field and had to seek medical help. However, Van Do could not continue playing and was forced to leave the field a few minutes later.
Due to signs of shock, Le Van Do was quickly taken by ambulance to the hospital to check for injuries. The midfielder born in 2001 appeared to be in quite a lot of pain despite receiving first aid on the field. Currently, CAHN Club has not made any official announcement about Van Do's health status.
At home, CAHN created many dangerous opportunities towards the Ho Chi Minh City goal, but could not score in the first half. Coach Polking made adjustments to personnel and playing style in the second half but could not improve the situation.
Even in the 70th minute, from a situation where Ho Chi Minh City organized a quick counterattack, Ngoc Long rushed forward at high speed, forcing Nguyen Van Duc to pull him out. The referee immediately showed a red card to the CAHN player in a situation that led to a goal.
