There have been 4.3 million comments on amending and supplementing the 2013 Constitution on the VNeID application.

Data compiled by the Ministry of Public Security and sent to the Ministry of Justice to prepare a joint report for the Government initially shows that there have been more than 4.3 million comments. In particular, there are people who have participated in many comments.

Of which more than 4.3 million opinions were in favor (99.94%).

Regarding the age of the people participating in giving opinions, there were nearly 25,000 people under 18 years old (accounting for 3%), more than 186,000 people from 18 to 34 years old (accounting for 25%), more than 222,000 people from 35 to 44 years old (accounting for 30%), more than 204,000 people from 45 to 60 years old (accounting for 27%), more than 108,000 people over 60 years old (accounting for 15%).

In terms of occupation, among those who gave their opinions, police officers accounted for the highest proportion with more than 16,000 people (nearly 15%), 8,000 teachers (7.7%), more than 5,000 civil servants (5%), more than 3,000 workers (nearly 3%), nearly 3,000 students (2.3%)...

Localities with a high rate of people participating in giving opinions compared to the number of citizens with level 2 electronic identification accounts such as: Ba Ria - Vung Tau , Hai Duong, Dien Bien, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh...

It is known that integrating the feature of collecting comments on the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution through the VNeID application is quite simple.

When submitting comments, step 1, people log in to the application or website vneid.gov.vn with an active level 2 electronic identification account, then access the section "Utility for collecting public opinions on the content of the 2013 Constitution amendment", then enter the content of the comment and click to send information.
