Various activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2

(CT) - The Trung Nhat Ward Youth Union, Can Tho City, has just coordinated with the Front Work Committee and the Thanh Loc 1 Youth Union to launch the "National Flag Road" project on Provincial Road 921. The 700m long road is equipped with 24 national flag poles, with a total value of nearly 13 million VND. The project contributes to the urban beauty and arouses the patriotism and national pride of the young generation.

In commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), in August 2025, Trung Nhat Ward Youth Union organized many meaningful activities, such as: the flag-raising ceremony "I love my Fatherland", "Green Sunday" with environmental protection activities.

Tan Binh Commune Union launched many projects and tasks to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, such as: launching the "Youth Nursery" model (growing 2,000 peony trees and other flowers to build a beautiful road model); the "Bamboo Ecological Embankment" model in Tan Quoi Hamlet and clearing bushes and collecting garbage on the road in Thanh My C Hamlet...

According to the Can Tho City Youth Union, in August 2025, 100% of youth union units will organize at least one activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. Youth union units will organize a variety of activities such as visiting historical sites and political activities; launching the "National Flag Road" project, "bright - green - clean - beautiful" roads, and many activities for social security.
