Diverse activities in response to Lifelong Learning Week 2023

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a Plan to organize the Lifelong Learning Response Week in 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City.

This year, with the theme "Building self-learning capacity in the digital age", Lifelong Learning Week takes place from October 2 to 8, 2023.

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee directed departments, branches, sectors, the People's Committee of Thu Duc City and 21 districts to implement the week in many appropriate, flexible and creative forms and contents, mobilizing maximum resources to build self-study capacity for people, improve the quality of lifelong learning, build a learning society, contributing to the successful implementation of the Prime Minister 's Project "Building a learning society in the period of 2021-2030".

In particular, the education sector increases the provision of open educational resources, online learning programs, invests in facilities, equipment and digital learning materials for school libraries, and builds reading habits to thereby improve learners' self-study capacity.
