DNO - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Phan Thai Binh signed Official Dispatch No. 4079 requesting the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to strengthen the responsibility of managing the area, regularly inspect, and propagate to people to collect garbage in the right place.
