Accordingly, these 7 working groups, on behalf of the Department of Construction, will grasp information, increase support, guidance, coordinate to resolve and remove difficulties and problems of communes and wards in the construction field.

At the same time, proactively resolve local issues that need support; research and propose to the Director of the Department of Construction to handle difficulties in organizing the implementation of tasks in the construction sector.

Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Vo Tan Ha requested that communes and wards, based on the list and contact information of team leaders, deputy team leaders and team members, proactively and regularly contact, exchange, request support, and provide guidance to resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of performing tasks.

Communes and wards actively reflected and discussed local difficulties and problems right at the conference so that experts and managers could promptly answer and share experiences to remove and resolve them.

At the conference, leaders of the Department of Construction and specialized departments disseminated and guided the content of solving and removing difficulties and problems related to the assignment, decentralization, and responsibility for state management of construction activities and management of construction quality, technical infrastructure, and traffic infrastructure.

The Department of Construction guides the process of handling administrative procedures for construction permits; registration of inland waterway vehicles and water recreation and entertainment activities; management and implementation of urban and rural planning.
