Hanoi City People's Council delegates met with voters in the communes of Dong Anh, Thien Loc, Thu Lam, Vinh Thanh, and Phuc Thinh.

On the morning of November 21, Delegation Group No. 21 of the Hanoi People's Council met with voters of the communes of Dong Anh, Thu Lam, Phuc Thinh, Vinh Thanh, and Thien Loc before the year-end meeting of the 16th term City People's Council, term 2021-2026.

Attending the meeting were Standing Committee Member of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council Tran The Cuong.

At the meeting, voters were informed about the content, time and preparations for the regular meeting at the end of 2025 of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, term 2021-2026.

Accordingly, the meeting is scheduled to take place from November 26 to 28, 2025. The meeting will consider and approve 73 contents including 52 resolutions and 21 reports (including 38 legal resolutions; 14 individual resolutions). Voters will also hear a summary report on the implementation results of the 2025 socio- economic plan and responses to recommendations at previous meetings.

In a democratic and open atmosphere, voters expressed their agreement and confidence in the performance of the City People's Council and the remarkable development of the Capital, especially the socio-economic achievements in recent times. There were 6 voters' opinions on many groups of issues. In particular, voters of Dong Anh commune requested to clarify the financial mechanism of the Cultural - Information and Sports Center after it was transformed into a General Service Center, and at the same time reflected many planning and infrastructure issues such as the progress of planning the Tay Ho - Co Loa Spiritual Axis, the Hoa Lam Vien suspension project, pollution of Thien Duc River, abandoned land after site clearance, flooding and parking lots that obstruct traffic.

Voters of Thien Loc and Thu Lam communes expressed their opinions on issues related to compensation policies, planning, traffic infrastructure, flooding, administrative procedure reform and clean water needs for the people.

Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Tran The Cuong, representing the Hanoi City People's Council Delegation (Constituency No. 21), acknowledged the opinions and recommendations of voters; at the same time, affirmed that he would forward the voters' thoughts and aspirations to relevant units for settlement according to regulations.
