Requested the National Assembly to stipulate more clearly the right of the Trade Union to proactively carry out supervision in the Trade Union Law (amended) to improve the effectiveness of the Trade Union's supervision activities. Requested the National Assembly to continue to stipulate the source of revenue of 2% of the Trade Union fund in the Trade Union Law (amended); at the same time, stipulate sanctions to handle enterprises that deliberately do not pay Trade Union funds...

Regarding the Law on Social Insurance (amended), officials, union members, workers, and laborers proposed that the National Assembly have a comprehensive solution to protect the rights of employees when they withdraw their social insurance benefits at one time. Propose that the National Assembly have specific regulations to resolve the situation where employees have their social insurance benefits "suspended" due to the dissolution or bankruptcy of the enterprise or the enterprise owner intentionally absconding.
Voters suggested that this law amendment should address the situation of enterprises evading, delaying, and misappropriating social insurance contributions from employees, and strictly punish business owners who deliberately evade social insurance payments. They suggested that the National Assembly pay attention to the rights of female employees, especially maternity benefits, sickness benefits, periodic health check-ups, the number of prenatal check-ups, and the number of days off for fathers to take care of their children. They suggested that the National Assembly consider and stipulate that employees participating in voluntary social insurance are entitled to maternity benefits...
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation presented gifts to 50 workers and laborers in difficult circumstances (worth 1 million VND/gift).
