After 6 days of exciting and thrilling competition, on the evening of June 13, at the Ninh Binh Provincial Sports Stadium, the final matches and awards ceremony of the Vietnam Robot Creation Contest - Robocon 2025 with the theme "Basketball Warrior" took place.
The final round was organized by Vietnam Television in coordination with the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province.
In the final match, the final result was that the LH-UDS team from Lac Hong University won 9-0 against K24-Robotics from the Military Technical Academy.
Immediately after the final match ended, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the teams with high achievements in the tournament.
In addition to the championship awarded to LH-UDS Lac Hong University, the Organizing Committee awarded the second prize to the K24-Robotics team of the Military Technical Academy; the third prize went to the LH-TKCB team of Lac Hong University and the SKH PHOENIX team of Hung Yen University of Technical Education.
In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded secondary prizes in the following categories: Technology Award, Idea Award, Prospect Award, Impressive Design Award and Fairplay Award.
The Organizing Committee representative said this is the 4th time Ninh Binh has coordinated to organize Robocon Competitions, including hosting the ABU Robocon Competition in 2018.
Like many other competitions, the competition in Ninh Binh is an opportunity for young people of the province to access, exchange and learn about scientific and technological advances; at the same time, encourage the young generation to participate in research, invention, application of science and technology, innovation in learning and working; actively respond to and participate in effectively implementing the contents set forth in Resolution 57 of the Politburo.
The teams competing in the final night are all teams with excellent achievements, demonstrating creativity and innovation; the matches were all very exciting, each match was a confrontation not only in technology but also demonstrating team spirit, teamwork ability, strategic thinking and flexible improvisation.
With the championship, LH-UDS Lac Hong University will represent Vietnam to attend the ABU Robocon competition in Mongolia this coming August./.
