Congress of the Lawyers' Association of Hoa Binh Province

In the atmosphere of preparing to welcome the spring of Giap Thin 2024, on January 12, the Lawyers' Association of the Office of the Lawyers' Association of Hoa Binh province solemnly held the 5th Congress, term 2024 - 2029 with the goal of "Solidarity - Innovation - Development"

Lawyer Bui Thanh Le - Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Bar Association, Chairman of the Bar Association of Hoa Binh province attended and directed the Congress. The Congress also had representatives of local authorities, professional social organizations, law firms, law offices located in Hoa Binh province and Hanoi city, other Bar Associations along with the participation of more than 40 delegates who are members of the Bar Association, Office of the Bar Association of Hoa Binh province.

The delegates attending the Congress brought to the Congress the will, belief and aspirations of all members of the Lawyers Association of the Office Branch in particular and of the District Branches of the Lawyers Association of Hoa Binh province in general, demonstrating solidarity for the cause of lawyers for justice.

The Office of the Bar Association of Hoa Binh Province is a place for the activities of the legal profession. The Branch operates according to the Charter of the Vietnam Bar Association and carries out political tasks assigned by the Provincial Bar Association.

Since its establishment, the Association has had more than 40 members, working at the Internal Affairs agencies, enterprises, law firms, and law offices of Hoa Binh province and Hanoi. Most members have university degrees or higher.

Lawyer Dam Ngoc Quang was re-elected as Chairman of the Lawyers' Association of the Office of the Hoa Binh Provincial Lawyers' Association, Term V, 2024 - 2029.

This is a very important legal resource contributing to the Association in the development of laws, legal documents, propaganda, dissemination of legal education, legal advice and legal aid, participation in supervising law enforcement, and State management by law.

This congress is held at an important time, preparing for the Provincial Bar Congress and moving towards the National Bar Congress. The team of lawyers in the Association is also actively contributing to the field of building a socialist rule of law state, bringing the law into life, strengthening the legal system and maintaining legal discipline with the spirit of helping people with the law, each lawyer is a legal propagandist "for the people, for justice".

The 5th Congress for the 2024-2029 term has the task of evaluating and summarizing the activities of the Association during the past term, continuing to implement the Directives of the Central Committee, the Vietnam Lawyers Association, the Provincial Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province in the field of Lawyers Association and Law.

Along with that, implementing the directions and tasks of the Association in the past term, clearly pointing out the difficulties and shortcomings that need to be overcome, proposing directions and tasks of the Association in the coming term to increasingly develop strongly, contributing to the common development of the Hoa Binh Provincial Lawyers Association and the Vietnam Lawyers Association.

To ensure the requirements of the tasks, the Association is increasingly expanding, requiring improvement in quality, efficiency and timeliness. Therefore, the 5th Congress of the Office Lawyers Association, Hoa Binh Provincial Lawyers Association elected 7 outstanding lawyers to the Executive Committee of the Association. The Executive Committee elected 1 Chairman, 3 Vice Chairmen and 3 members. The congress was highly appreciated by the leaders of the Provincial Lawyers Association and the delegates .
