During the last term, the Youth Union and youth movement of Nam Thuy Anh commune achieved many outstanding results, actively contributing to the socio-economic development and new rural construction of the locality. The commune Youth Union has implemented many practical and effective youth projects and tasks, typically: the movement "Nam Thuy Anh Youth join hands to build new rural areas", environmental sanitation campaigns, tree planting, landscape beautification, youth construction associated with advanced new rural criteria; participated in 6 voluntary blood donation campaigns, collecting nearly 100 units of blood; 123 young people have joined the army and performed their duty to join the People's Public Security, completing 100% of the annual military enlistment target; coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to support union members to borrow over 7 billion VND for economic development, contributing to job creation, income increase and affirming the vanguard role of the youth.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Nam Thuy Anh Commune Youth Union strives to provide career counseling to 1,000 union members and young people each year; carry out at least 1 practical youth project, task, or model associated with socio-economic development and advanced new rural construction; admit 90 union members each year; introduce 10 outstanding union members to the Party grassroots organization for consideration for admission into the Party; and support 300 children in difficult circumstances.

At the Congress, the decisions to appoint the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Me So commune, Nam Thuy Anh, term I, 2025 - 2030, and key positions were announced; and delegates were appointed to attend the congress at a higher level.
