The Congress evaluated the impressive results in the Association's work and the farmers' movement in the past term, and at the same time set out important targets for the new term such as: developing members, improving the quality of branches, promoting the movement of good production and business to develop the economy sustainably. In the past time, the work programs implemented by the Farmers' Association of Nam Cat Tien commune have been effective, the quality of the Association's activities has been constantly consolidated and strengthened.

The movement of farmers competing in production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty has been focused on. Activities to support farmers such as loans and technology transfer have been promoted, thereby creating momentum to promote the movement in both breadth and depth. The number of good farming and business households with incomes of 150-200 million VND/year or more is increasing. From the movement, many typical models and examples of outstanding farmers in production and business have emerged.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Farmers' Association of Nam Cat Tien commune strives to build a strong and comprehensive association, digital farmers, clean agriculture , and join hands to build Nam Cat Tien commune into a model new rural commune before 2030.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Nam Cat Tien commune for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of the commune for the new term has 27 members. Comrade Bui Ngoc Hai was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Nam Cat Tien commune for the 2025-2030 term.
