During the days when the whole country is jubilantly competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, from the mainland to remote islands, from DK1 platform to on-duty ships, from the outpost radar station to Truong Sa archipelago - everywhere there is a convergence of will, which is the belief towards the 14th Congress of the Party Committee of the Navy, term 2025 - 2030.
This congress is a broad political activity, not only in the entire Party Committee of the Navy but also spreading to each officer and soldier at the forefront. As the unit chosen by the Central Military Commission to organize the congress first to gain experience for the entire army, the 14th Congress has a special significance, demonstrating the political mettle, intelligence, and fighting strength of the Navy - the core force in managing and protecting the sovereignty of the sacred sea and islands of the Fatherland.

With the spirit of "Solidarity, discipline, steadfastness, development", the Congress determined the goal of building a Party organization of the Navy that is strong in politics, ideology, organization, ethics and cadres; building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Navy.
On the Truong Sa archipelago - the forefront of defending the country, cadres, soldiers and people are always in a state of high combat readiness, firmly grasping the situation, flexibly handling situations, not being passively surprised at sea. For them, the success of the Congress is not only a political motivation, but also a call to add strength to each watch shift, each patrol route.
“I would like to send my deepest feelings and best wishes to the Congress!” – the message was written with the sweat, loyalty and indomitable spirit of the Truong Sa soldiers in the middle of the ocean.

On the DK1 platforms between the southern continental shelf and Ca Mau shoal, where living and working conditions are extremely harsh, officers and soldiers remain steadfast. They always look forward to the Congress with firm faith, and at the same time affirm their determination: to be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people, ready to fight and sacrifice to protect every inch of sea and island assigned to them.
They are the support for fishermen going offshore, a living milestone in the middle of the ocean affirming the unchanging sovereignty of the Fatherland.
On the ships on duty and stationed at important sea and island areas, the atmosphere towards the Congress is also filled. The soldiers guarding each wave and each ship channel believe that the Congress will open a new stage of development for the Army. They silently promise to "uphold the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, initiative, creativity, and be ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks".
At the radar stations and stations stationed on remote islands, from early morning to late at night, the radar screens continuously scan invisible but meaningful circles - like the soldiers' unceasing vigilance, like their constant faith towards the mainland, towards the Congress.

It can be said that from Truong Sa to DK1, from the patrol ships to the radar station, every Navy soldier is in sync with the 14th Congress of the Navy Party Committee. The Congress is not only a political event of the Navy Party Committee, but also a "spiritual resource" that adds to the will of the soldiers to keep the sea more steadfast, contributing to maintaining sovereignty, protecting a peaceful environment for national development.
This congress has the participation of more than 300 excellent delegates - representing 240,000 party members of the entire Navy Party Committee. The decisions from the congress will spread to every island, every ship, every platform like the wind that gives strength to the Navy's sails to reach out to the ocean, firmly overcome all challenges, and protect the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland Vietnam.
