During 2 days (March 27 and 28), the Party Committee of the People's Procuracy of Ha Nam province solemnly held its 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term. This is the Party Committee selected by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies to organize the model congress at the grassroots level of the Party Committee. Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies attended and directed the congress.
Also attending were comrade Dang Dinh Thoang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; leaders of Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, Party building committees of the Provincial Party Committee; secretaries of branches and grassroots Party committees under provincial Party agencies and 54 Party members in the entire Party Committee.
The draft political report and the speeches at the congress clearly stated: In the past time, with the spirit of solidarity, unity, promoting the role of the political core, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy has led cadres and party members to successfully implement and exceed the targets set by the congress. The work of Party building and rectification, innovation and arrangement of the political system's apparatus to be streamlined and effective has been given special attention and implemented resolutely and synchronously. In the past 5 years, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy has proactively done well the work of political and ideological education, actively innovated the content, improved the quality and effectiveness of the dissemination and implementation of directives and resolutions of higher levels. The work of organizing cadres; the work of inspection, supervision, Party discipline... have been carried out seriously. The Party Committee has constantly innovated leadership methods, effectively organized the implementation of assigned political tasks; The work of exercising the right to prosecute and supervise investigation and trial of criminal cases is strictly implemented according to regulations, and the quality is constantly improved; the work of supervising detention, temporary detention and execution of sentences is carried out seriously, closely, on schedule and effectively; the work of supervising the settlement of civil cases and administrative cases is in accordance with the provisions of law; improving administrative procedure reform in the performance of public duties, contributing to the overall development of the province.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee continues to innovate the Party's leadership methods in conjunction with building and rectifying the Party in terms of political ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. Strive for 100% of Party organizations, Party members, cadres, civil servants and workers in the Party Committee to be propagated and disseminated the Party's directives and resolutions, policies and laws of the State; over 95% of Party members meet the criteria of completing their tasks well and excellently or better. The annual rate of admission of new Party members reaches 3-4% of the total number of Party members in the entire Party Committee....
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: To effectively carry out the tasks in the new situation, the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee continues to do a good job of political and ideological education for cadres and party members to fully understand the role, significance and importance of the work of practicing the right to prosecute, investigate and supervise, and judge. Pay attention to innovating the content and methods and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership work. Innovate leadership methods, working styles and manners, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations. Carry out Party building work well, focusing on improving the propaganda work of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; political and ideologicaleducation work; mass mobilization work; well implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations to create unity in awareness, will and action throughout the Party Committee. Implement well the resolutions, conclusions, regulations and instructions of the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee and sectors on personnel organization; focusing on arranging the model of the Procuracy according to the 2-level model. Continue to build the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy to be strong in politics, ideology, organization and ethics; maintain the principle of democratic centralism; improve the quality and effectiveness of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with implementing the Central Resolution 4 (term XI, XII), Conclusion No. 21 of the Central Executive Committee on Party building and rectification and the work of preventing and combating corruption and waste.
At the congress, representatives of the Party Committee's Organizing Committee of the provincial Party agencies announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee, the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, the Inspection Committee, the Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee and delegates to attend the 1st Provincial Party Congress of the provincial Party agencies, term 2025-2030.
