For me, BPTV is not simply a workplace. It is where I grew up in the profession, from the first immature steps after leaving the university in 2002. At that time, I brought with me an English major, leaving the sunny Central region to start a career in the South. And fortunately, I came to BPTV as a destiny guided me.
I still remember clearly the sleepless nights of hard work, translating international news from VHS tapes, and sitting with colleagues in silence editing programs. There was no distinction between day and night, no concept of office hours, only dedication, love for the job and the desire to contribute. Some people left before dawn, others started their shift when the sun had not yet risen. Each news bulletin, each broadcast program was the crystallization of sweat, effort and responsibility - where there was no room for any regrettable mistakes.

Technology changes, work also changes in a faster, more convenient direction, but the spirit of always striving, trying, completing everything with the highest responsibility - the culture of BPTV - has never faded. From the position of translator, I was given the opportunity by the station's leadership to learn more skills, explore editing software, practice dubbing. Then step by step, I was able to produce a complete program myself: from translation, recording, post-production, to sending for broadcast. Each product is a "brainchild" full of enthusiasm, passion and pride in me.
In October 2019, a big turning point came when Binh Phuoc Radio and Television Station and Binh Phuoc Newspaper merged, marking a new journey: multimedia journalism. Instead of just simple translation, I embarked on a new journey of challenges with content production for various types of journalism, including live radio programs such as "Market Stories"... in parallel with the programs that I was in charge of specializing in English. The workload was greater and the requirements were also higher, but I was never discouraged. Because I always had the guidance and support of leaders, the support of colleagues who were always ready to share like a true big family.
BPTV is steadfast because it always has the trust of the public and the companionship of partners.
For me, the most precious thing is not only the number of programs I have produced or the number of news and articles that have been broadcast on the airwaves, but also the loving camaraderie between colleagues. It is the early mornings sitting together sipping coffee, the pats on the shoulders silently encouraging. It is the eyes that understand each other without words. It is the last nights of the year making Tet programs, sharing a loaf of bread, ginger candy, a glass of cool water together... Those simple things have woven a sweet, profound memory that I will probably never forget in this life.

Now, as the time to say goodbye to beloved BPTV is drawing near, each day at work suddenly becomes unusually precious. Meetings become more quiet, old stories are told more as if to hold back time. No one says it out loud, but everyone understands: some will retire, some will change jobs, and many of my colleagues and I will prepare to go to a new land: Dong Nai . Wherever I am, I always carry the BPTV spirit "For you every day" as a silent reminder of my responsibility to the profession, to the people who follow BPTV and to myself.
I understand that journalism is not just a job, but a mission. And the camaraderie at BPTV is not just with co-workers, but also with relatives, who have been with me through more than two glorious decades.
Thank you BPTV - the place that gave wings to my dream of becoming a journalist.
Thank you for the youthful years full of passion, love and aspiration.
Thank you BPTV family - forever a precious love.
