Up to now, people all over the country have known Thai Nguyen tea for nearly a hundred years. For nearly a hundred years, Thai Nguyen has been honored as “The most famous tea”. Since then, the tea ceremony, or more accurately, the tea culture, has begun to take shape in Thai Nguyen. Human life is like a piece of paper, and in the blink of an eye, a hundred years have passed, from a few square meters of tea of Mr. Doi Nam, now the whole Thai Nguyen is covered with endless tea fields.

Tea used to be used for drinking, but now tea is used as both a drink and a food. There are now more than 100 unique and special dishes made from tea and tea. To be fair to the people of the land of Tea, to have the rich green color of chlorophyll, containing in the buds the bitter, sweet aftertaste and the scent of heaven and earth that fascinates the literati and guests, the tea growers have to exchange a lot of effort, sweat, fertilization, watering to have the day of harvest. Then they sit hugging the stove, roasting the tea with heat, separating the water by hand with the charcoal fire...

The tea ceremony was created, preserved, and passed down from generation to generation by the people of Thai Nguyen tea region. The tea ceremony is therefore deeply rooted in the subconscious and thinking of each person, and they always remind each other to preserve and consider the tea ceremony as the root of the tea region's livelihood. Especially in today's market mechanism, profit is important, but it is not everything for the people of the tea region. Because the tea ceremony does not allow people to be easygoing, making poor quality tea products and then packaging them to sell to tourists.

Tea ceremony is not simply a custom of a wife making tea to invite her husband; a child making tea to invite his father; a younger person making tea to invite the elderly; but a cup of tea is considered an effective means to purify the soul. Each cup of tea, whether small or large, contains a part of nature and invisible cultural beauty, making people calm down, thinking about what to do or never do - that is the tea ceremony, the culture of the people of Thai Nguyen tea region.
