Presenting more than 1,000 gifts to patients and people affected by floods

On October 22, the American AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) in collaboration with the Thai Nguyen Provincial Center for Disease Control visited and presented gifts to 230 patients being treated at Pho Yen Medical Center and Phu Binh General Hospital, who are in difficult circumstances and have suffered heavy losses due to floods.

The Chief Representative of the United States AIDS Healthcare Foundation in Vietnam and members of the delegation visited and presented gifts to a household in Phu Binh commune.

On this occasion, the delegation will also visit and give gifts to 420 patients being treated at outpatient clinics of Hospital A, Thai Nguyen Medical Center, Vo Nhai Medical Center; 456 students of Vo Nhai Primary School; 7 households in 3 communes: Pho Yen, Phu Binh and Vo Nhai.

The gifts given include: school backpacks, notebooks, kettles, rice, soap, cooking oil, instant canned food, blankets, mosquito nets... with a total value of over 400 million VND.
