The 8th Congress of the Xuan Hai Commune Veterans Association

On the afternoon of October 22, the Veterans Association of Xuan Hai commune held the 8th Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

During the past term, the Association of War Veterans in Xuan Hai commune has effectively carried out emulation movements, actively participated in Party and government building, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the locality; participated in 11 thematic supervisions and more than 50 joint supervisions of socio-economic development programs. The movements of "Exemplary War Veterans", "War Veterans help each other reduce poverty, do good business" have been promoted with many effective models. Up to now, the whole commune has more than 65% of well-off and rich member households; there are no poor war veteran households. The Association has coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to manage more than 33 billion VND in loans, helping hundreds of members develop their economy. The work of building and consolidating the organization of the Association has achieved many results such as: 100% of branches achieved clean and strong status, 95% of members exemplary status, 95% of members' families achieved cultural titles.

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Veterans Association on appointing the 8th Executive Committee of the Veterans Association of Xuan Hai commune, term 2025 - 2030, consisting of 21 members. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hien was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Veterans Association of Xuan Hai commune, term 2025 - 2030.
