General Phan Van Giang sent a letter of congratulations to the team of teachers and educational managers in the Army.

On the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025), General Phan Van Giang - Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense sent a congratulatory letter to generations of teachers and educational managers who have been working in the Army with his warm regards and best wishes.

In the letter, General Phan Van Giang wrote: Throughout the country's development, our Party has always paid deep attention to and affirmed the importance and decisive role of the teaching staff in ensuring the quality of education . Under the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the Party committees and commanders of agencies, units and schools, generations of teachers and educational managers in the Army have promoted the good nature and glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army; united, creative, self-reliant, self-reliant, and excellently completed assigned tasks.

In particular, in the 2024-2025 school year, the first school year implementing the Education Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045, schools have made efforts, overcome difficulties, closely coordinated, and synchronously deployed many solutions to successfully complete the school year's tasks; the team of teachers and educational managers have promoted the spirit of responsibility, dedication, creativity, solidarity, overcome difficulties, achieved many achievements in teaching, scientific research and educational management, contributing significantly to improving the quality of training and fostering of cadres, technical staff, and non-commissioned officers to meet the requirements of the task of building the Army and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.

The Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense acknowledge and commend the achievements of academies and schools, and the silent but enormous efforts and contributions of the team of teachers and educational managers of the Army in the recent past.

General Phan Van Giang wrote: The task of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern Army requires strong and comprehensive innovation in education and training; Military schools need to focus on thoroughly grasping, concretizing, and effectively implementing the Party's guidelines, policies, and viewpoints, the State's policies and laws, resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on education and training, especially Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution of the 12th Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Strengthen management, training, fostering, and create favorable conditions to build a team of teachers and educational managers with strong political will, absolute loyalty to the Fatherland, the Party, the State, and the People, steadfast in the Party's revolutionary goals and ideals, with pure moral qualities and a strict sense of organization and discipline; with high qualifications, comprehensive knowledge and capacity; sufficient in number, with a reasonable structure; ensuring a solid transition between generations.

Continue to innovate education and training in the direction of standardization and modernization. Innovate thinking and teaching methods, closely linked to the practical development of science and technology, weapons, modern equipment, combat methods, and new forms of warfare. Connect schools with units; link training and fostering with use; promote digital transformation, quickly and effectively apply achievements of science and technology to teaching and scientific research; effectively implement the motto "The quality of training of the school is the combat readiness of the unit".

“I hope that the team of teachers and educational managers in the Army will continue to promote tradition, constantly study, research, improve professional qualifications and political qualities, always be a shining example of ethics, lifestyle, spirit of dedication and will to rise up, build a clean, strong, exemplary military education environment, excellently complete all assigned tasks; make worthy contributions to the cause of building the Army, strengthening national defense, firmly protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland,” General Phan Van Giang wrote.
