Dak Lak allocates 2,000 tons of rice to support people affected by natural disasters and floods

On November 21, Mr. Truong Cong Thai, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, signed a decision to allocate 2,000 tons of rice from the national reserve to support people in localities in the province affected by natural disasters and floods.

This is the amount of rice the province was granted according to Decision No. 727/QD-CDT dated November 20, 2025 of the State Reserve Department on the issuance of national reserve rice in sudden and urgent situations to the People's Committee of Dak Lak province.

The People's Committee of Dak Lak province has allocated 2,000 tons of rice from the national reserve to support people in 24 communes and wards in the province affected by natural disasters and floods.

The province assigned the State Reserve Department of Region XII to coordinate with relevant units and localities to organize the distribution and delivery of rice to ensure quality, compliance with regulations, to the right subjects, for the right purposes, quality, quantity... according to regulations. The expected distribution time is from November 21 to 28 in 24 communes and wards in the East of the province affected by recent serious natural disasters and floods.

Previously, the Ministry of Finance also issued more than 1,700 tons of national reserve rice to provide emergency support to people in Dak Lak province affected by storm No. 13.
