Dak Lak enthusiastically responded to the national walking program "Moving forward with Vietnam"

On the morning of August 16, at 10/3 Square (Buon Ma Thuot ward), thousands of officers and soldiers of the armed forces, officers, civil servants and public employees of state agencies, along with businesses, students and people of Dak Lak province enthusiastically participated in the launching ceremony of the national walking program "Moving Forward with Vietnam" organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security.

The event took place simultaneously in 34 provinces and cities with more than 3,300 communes, wards and administrative zones nationwide, towards the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) and the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025).

With the message "1 billion steps into the new era", the program is both a sports activity responding to the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho", and a journey connecting millions of Vietnamese hearts from urban to rural, mountainous and island areas.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Colonel Tran Quang Hieu, Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police, sent his best wishes for health, happiness and success to all officers, soldiers and people attending. He affirmed that this is a large-scale community activity with profound political and social significance, taking place in the context of the country entering a new stage of development, demonstrating the determination to unite, overcome difficulties and move towards the goal of sustainable development.
