Dak Nong launches Humanitarian Month 2025

On the morning of April 18, the Dak Nong Provincial Red Cross Society coordinated with the People's Committee of Gia Nghia City to organize the launching ceremony of Humanitarian Month (city level) in 2025 with the theme

In the Humanitarian Month of 2025, Red Cross chapters at all levels in the city will focus on implementing the movement "Good people, good deeds - Joining hands to build a compassionate community"; implementing programs, models, humanitarian activities, and supporting people in difficulty.

Leaders of Dak Nong Province Red Cross Society presented a symbolic board to support gifts and humanitarian works with a total value of 395 million VND to people of Gia Nghia City.

The program calls on organizations, units, businesses, and philanthropists to join hands and contribute to helping the poor and vulnerable, contributing to the good implementation of social security work in the locality.

Dak Nong Provincial Red Cross Society supports 10 livelihood models for people in difficulty

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented 250 gifts, worth 500,000 VND/gift; 20 livelihoods, worth 15 million VND/livelihood to families in difficult circumstances in the area.

Gia Nghia City leaders support 10 livelihood models for disadvantaged households

The program also donated 2 wells to 2 schools, worth 50 million VND/well; supported 70 million VND to build a house for Mr. Nguyen Van Tuy's family, Dak R'moan commune, who has difficult housing circumstances.

Program to give away 250 gifts to support disadvantaged people in the area

The program is a meaningful activity demonstrating the spirit of humanity and mutual love, on the occasion of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Day (May 8) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30).

Leaders of Gia Nghia City People's Committee presented funds to support the construction of a charity house for the representative of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuy's family, Dak R'moan commune.

The Organizing Committee donated 2 wells to 2 schools in Gia Nghia City with a value of 50 million VND/well.
