Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha ( Hanoi ) shared: “Knowing that the lotus flowers have begun to bloom, I took advantage of my day off to come here at 6am to put on makeup and choose outfits for the photo shoot. The lotus pond is very large and the flowers are blooming beautifully, so this is an ideal place to both admire the flowers and take photos to preserve memories.”
Lotus is a typical flower of Hanoi people in the summer, mentioned in the song "Hanoi 12 seasons of flowers" composed by musician Giang Son.
The best time to take pictures of lotus flowers is from about 6am to 9am and from 4pm to 6pm.
The lotus shows off its gentle pink color, with yellow pistils peeking out from behind the green leaves, exuding a faint fragrance on summer days.
