The Congress comprehensively and deeply assessed the results of the Party Committee's leadership in implementing its tasks during the past term. According to the assessment, the Central Reconnaissance Party Committee and Party committees and organizations at all levels have thoroughly grasped the resolutions and directives of higher levels, closely following political tasks and practical situations. The leaders have well performed the tasks of grasping, assessing, forecasting the situation and professional work, and fighting against special cases. Improving the quality of management, investigation, research on areas, targets, fields, and professional subjects, avoiding being passive and surprised.
