In the period of 2020-2025, the Party Committee and Command of Division 365 have strictly implemented the leadership and direction documents of superiors, and at the same time led and directed the agencies and units under their authority to regularly do a good job ofeducation and propaganda, strongly changing the awareness and responsibility of soldiers in implementing the emulation movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings".

During the implementation of the Movement, the Division focused on completing specific emulation goals and targets well, according to the set plan, especially overcoming weak links and weak aspects; actively innovating, diversifying content, organization forms, emulation measures, closely combining regular emulation activities with peak and surprise emulation; integrating with the Determined to Win Emulation Movement.

Thanks to the methodical implementation, the emulation movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" in the period of 2020-2025 of the Division has achieved many positive results.

Notably, the Division has ensured adequate and timely logistics for regular and ad hoc missions. The quality of soldiers' meals has changed positively; production and livestock raising have developed well; the number of healthy soldiers regularly reaches over 99%. The work of basic construction, consolidating barracks, and building regular, bright, green, clean, and beautiful structures has gone into greater depth and sustainability.

Management of gasoline, oil, electricity, water, facilities, and logistics costs is strict, appropriate, economical, and effective; transportation tasks are well completed, traffic safety is ensured, contributing to the completion of the central political task, and building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, and typical" Division.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Vu Kim Long, Deputy Head of Logistics and Engineering of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, praised the achievements and results achieved in implementing the Movement of the Division over the past 5 years. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee and the Division Commander to continue to pay attention to leading and directing the improvement of all aspects of logistics work; regularly inspect and promptly correct shortcomings and defects; replicate advanced models in implementing emulation contents and targets. Strive to maintain Division 365 as one of the bright spots in implementing the emulation movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" in the coming time.
