Bringing OCOP products of Hau Giang women closer to tourists

The event took place on the occasion of the inauguration of a new product showroom at the port area, an area that regularly welcomes a large number of domestic and foreign tourists . Here, Hoa Binh Ham Ninh Joint Stock Company - a member unit of Hoa Binh Tourism Joint Stock Company - supported the Women's Union of Hau Giang province with a shelf to display OCOP products, contributing to creating conditions for Hau Giang women's products to access a wider market.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh, President of the Women's Union of Hau Giang province, shared: "This activity aims to support members and women with OCOP-standard products to connect for consumption and wide promotion. Having products displayed in places with a large number of tourists helps women not only increase sales but also expand the market and enhance the brand of local products."

Immediately after receiving the invitation from Hoa Binh Ham Ninh Joint Stock Company, the Provincial Women's Union quickly selected and brought many typical OCOP standard products of female members to display and consign, such as: Catfish crackers, instant fish balls, soursop tea, Chinese sausage, banh tet, pineapple cake; Products made from water hyacinth (Fish bone hangers, fish bone tea sets; fish bone handbags, fish bone square sets), young dried grapefruit, young Tran De grapefruit tea, dried sweet potato vermicelli, dried pumpkin vermicelli, Huynh Duc dried spinach vermicelli, Huynh Duc dried spinach vermicelli, N22 magical shampoo...

The booth displaying Hau Giang women's products has just been put on the shelves.

The OCOP product display not only creates business opportunities for women members but also contributes to promoting the image of Hau Giang's agricultural products and handicrafts to domestic and foreign tourists, thereby contributing to promoting women's economic empowerment.
