Strengthening coordination in implementing the High School Graduation Exam and Primary School Admissions in 2025 in Dong Nai

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee proposed to thoroughly implement the Prime Minister's instructions on strengthening the direction and coordination of the organization of the High School Graduation Exam, university, college and vocationaleducation admissions in 2025 and the Provincial People's Committee's instructions related to the above-mentioned tasks.

Departments, branches, sectors, agencies, units, organizations, and localities focus on synchronously and effectively implementing tasks and solutions for organizing the High School Graduation Exam and primary school admissions. Promote responsibility, closely follow direction, organization, implementation, and assign specific tasks, in the spirit of clear people, clear work, clear authority, clear responsibility, clear time, and clear results.

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training to continue reviewing the guiding documents and exam organization activities. Provide specific and detailed instructions to localities and educational institutions, ensuring that they closely follow the practical situation in the context of streamlining the apparatus. Closely monitor, proactively grasp the situation, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for localities arising during the exam. Review the stages of printing and copying exam papers, ensuring absolute accuracy and safety. Actively coordinate with press agencies to do a good job of providing complete, objective and timely information and propaganda.

The Department of Education and Training coordinates with the Department of Finance to ensure funding for the organization of the exam. Advise on the assignment of specific tasks to members of the Provincial High School Graduation Exam Steering Committee, and submit to the head of the committee for approval according to regulations.

The provincial police closely coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to deploy measures to ensure security and safety for the exam, especially the security of exam papers and transportation of exam papers...

The provincial inspectorate urgently develops inspection and examination plans at all stages and steps, especially the stage of assigning responsibilities to participating organizations and individuals.

The Department of Health shall coordinate with the Department of Education and Training and relevant agencies and units to proactively implement disease prevention and control work according to instructions, ensuring food hygiene and safety.

The Department of Construction directed transportation units to support increased trips to serve the travel needs of candidates, relatives, and teachers.

The Provincial People's Committee requested Dong Nai Electricity Company Limited to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the time of performing the tasks of printing, invigilating, and grading exams.

The People's Committees of districts and cities coordinate and create favorable conditions for officials and teachers to perform their exam duties locally. Direct the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns to take measures to support security and order outside the exam site area.

The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place over two days, June 26 and 27, with 36,700 candidates taking the exam across the province. Previously, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to establish a Steering Committee for the 2025 Provincial High School Graduation Exam, headed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung.
