Bat Xat District Party Committee requested Party committees at all levels to base on the Politburo 's Directive and the Central Committee's guidance to focus on leading and directing the development of plans to prepare for the organization of Party Congresses at all levels; strengthen propaganda work so that cadres and Party members can grasp and seriously implement Directive 35 of the Politburo. Regarding personnel work, Party committees at all levels should carefully study, strictly implement, and follow the correct procedures; promote democracy in the selection, introduction, and election of Party committees at all levels to ensure standards, age, structure, quantity, and quality.
