The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Regiment 38 for the 2025-2030 term and the Delegation attending the 12th Party Congress of Division 2 were introduced to the congress.

With the motto "Democracy, solidarity, discipline, innovation, development", the congress seriously evaluated and reviewed the results of leadership in implementing the tasks for the 2020-2025 term, pointed out the causes, proposed directions, goals, breakthroughs and solutions for implementation in the 2025-2030 term; participated in contributing to the draft of Central Documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, the draft Political Report of the Party Committee of Division 2 submitted to the 12th National Party Congress of the Division.

Speaking at the congress, the Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 5 acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee of Regiment 38 in the past term; at the same time, he requested that in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of the Regiment continue to closely follow the directions and instructions from above, and lead the improvement of training quality and combat readiness.

Strictly maintain the rules and regulations, gradually improve and maintain the quality of regular construction, comply with the law, discipline and ensure safety; conduct well the Party's work and political work, especially the management, grasp and resolution of the ideological situation of the troops; ensure good regular logistics and technical work and tasks; apply information technology and digital transformation to administrative reform; build clean and strong Party organizations; have a contingent of cadres and Party members with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige to meet the requirements of the tasks.

The Congress elected 15 comrades to the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and the Delegation to attend the 12th Party Congress of Division 2 for the 2025-2030 term includes 26 comrades.
