Term 2020-2025, Party Committee of Special Forces Brigade 1 has led, directed, thoroughly grasped, and seriously and effectively implemented the Resolution of the 15th Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. The quality of building an "Exemplary and Typical" VMTD unit has been maintained; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and Party cells at all levels have been improved; the ideological situation of cadres, soldiers, professional soldiers, and defense workers and civil servants has always been steadfast; the quality of combat readiness, regular construction, and discipline training has many changes and progresses; the working conditions and material and spiritual life of soldiers have gradually improved; the solidarity relationship between the army and the people in the area has always been promoted; the combat capability of the Brigade has been improved.

Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Hoang Ngoc Thanh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Special Forces Corps, affirmed that during the past term, Party committees and commanders at all levels in the Party Committee of the Special Forces Brigade 1 have been united, unified, overcome difficulties, proactive, creative, and led the agency to successfully and excellently complete key political tasks.

The Deputy Political Commissar of the Special Forces Corps requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Brigade Party Committee focus on leadership, direction, and actively innovate the working methods and styles of cadres and commanders at all levels in a close, specific, and flexible manner; work according to programs and plans; practice what you preach; respect and listen to the opinions of subordinates; and fight against manifestations of mediocrity and bureaucracy.

Representatives of the Special Forces leadership presented flowers to congratulate the Party Executive Committee of the 1st Special Forces Brigade for the 2025-2030 term and the delegation attending the Congress of higher-level delegates.

The 2025-2030 term has a very heavy task, but is of special importance to the development of the Brigade. The Deputy Political Commissar of the Special Forces Corps requested that cadres, party members, and the masses uphold the spirit of solidarity and unity, proactively overcome difficulties, successfully carry out assigned tasks, and build an exemplary Party organization and an "Exemplary and Typical" VMTD Brigade.

After 2 days of urgent and serious work, the Congress completed the proposed contents, programs and plans. With the quality of concentrated votes, the Congress elected the Party Executive Committee and delegates to the Congress of the Party Committee of the Special Forces for the 2025-2030 term.
