The announcement stated: The exhibition of socio -economic achievements is a very important event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). Due to the limited time left until the exhibition, the large scale of the organization, the large amount of work, requiring ministries, branches, agencies, localities, and members of the Steering Committee to have high determination and great efforts to well perform the tasks of organizing the exhibition of socio-economic achievements, ensuring meaning, on schedule, quality, efficiency, and absolute safety; assigning implementation tasks in accordance with the spirit of "6 clear: clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, clear results".
The Steering Committee for the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the Occasion of the 80th Anniversary of National Day (Steering Committee) requests ministries, branches, agencies, localities, and members of the Steering Committee to urgently deploy preparations for the exhibition of socio-economic achievements according to the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 57/CD-TTg dated May 5, 2025 on preparations for the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of large-scale projects and works and preparations for the exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). At the same time, proactively coordinate closely with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to perform well the assigned duties and tasks, ensuring the assigned schedule.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - the Standing Agency of the Steering Committee reviews and accepts the opinions of the Steering Committee members, promptly completes the draft Regulations on the organization and operation of the Steering Committee, reports to the Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Steering Committee before May 20, 2025; reviews and accepts the valid opinions of the Steering Committee members, promptly completes the draft Project on organizing the Exhibition of socio-economic achievements, reports to the Prime Minister before May 25, 2025 for consideration and direction before reporting to the Central Steering Committee to celebrate major holidays and important historical events of the country in the 3 years 2023 - 2025.
Organizing the best quality exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism advises on the establishment of the Organizing Committee for the Socio-Economic Achievements Exhibition, which clearly defines the functions and tasks of the members of the Organizing Committee; establishes sub-committees to carry out specific tasks such as: Content sub-committee, Communication and promotion sub-committee, Reception and celebration sub-committee, Logistics and facilities sub-committee, Finance sub-committee, Foreign affairs and international cooperation sub-committee; Security and order sub-committee and a standing unit to coordinate activities; assign specific responsibilities to each sub-committee for implementation; report to the Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Steering Committee before May 30, 2025.
At the same time, review, synthesize, and proactively develop a detailed Program and plan for each specific task and activity from now until the event is organized, ensuring details and specificity for each day in the spirit of 6 clarity; regularly urge and inspect implementation; promptly report to competent authorities on issues arising beyond authority...
As planned, the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day will be held at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) on August 19.
