Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to assign the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize a series of events, exhibitions and the Media Award on human rights in Vietnam 2025 (Happy Vietnam - HappyVietnam 2025).

The series of events, exhibitions and Media Awards on human rights in Vietnam in 2025 aims to discover and honor meaningful stories about all aspects of Vietnam's political , economic, cultural and social life to vividly affirm the achievements that Vietnam has made in the field of human rights.

At the same time, mobilize the total strength of all classes of people in the country, the Vietnamese community abroad and international friends in communication work, promoting the image of the country and Vietnamese people to the world to affirm to the world that Vietnam is a peaceful, beautiful country, dynamically developing and a happy country.

The series of events includes:

Organize the "Happy Vietnam 2025" Human Rights Media Award for Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and over.

The award consists of 2 categories: Photo and video .

General criteria for the content of the entries: Introduce and promote the image of the country, Vietnamese people, cultural and natural values ​​throughout the country; arouse national pride and aspiration for development in all classes of Vietnamese people to join hands to build an increasingly prosperous, prosperous and happy Vietnam.

Organizing the "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam" Photo and Video Exhibition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2nd . Exhibition of award-winning works and works that entered the final round of the "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam" Awards. Time of organization: Quarter III/2025 (in 3 - 5 days) in Ho Chi Minh City.
