Vingroup cooperates with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to improve air quality

Under the agreement, Vingroup and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment will cooperate comprehensively in many fields towards the goal of contributing to building a green Vietnam.

The two sides cooperate to deploy an environmental monitoring system in Hanoi city, applying technology solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) developed by VinUni University in data analysis, warning, and forecasting air quality.

Vingroup and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment are coordinating to launch a communication campaign on air pollution, helping to raise public awareness.

The two sides cooperate to promote green growth, especially in the fields of transportation and construction. Vingroup and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment cooperate in participating in and developing domestic and international carbon markets.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, its staff and agencies will prioritize the use (including conversion, use of green transport services, emission reduction...) of motor vehicles using electric energy, green fuel, environmentally friendly, including VinFast, SM Green electric taxi service to strengthen work, set an example in the process of green transformation, sustainable development.

Vingroup supports the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, its staff and agencies in green transformation activities, implementing air quality monitoring and management projects in Hanoi, raising public awareness of environmental protection, especially air quality.
