The Party Committee of the Institute of Design successfully organized the Congress of Delegates for the term 2025-2030

During two days (May 15 and 16, 2025), in Hanoi, the Party Committee of the Institute of Design, General Department of Logistics and Engineering (TC HCKT) held the 16th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Major General Ha Nhu Loi, Deputy Director of TC HCKT attended and directed the Congress. Also attending was Colonel Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Director of Politics of TC HCKT.

The political report and speeches at the Congress unanimously assessed: Under the direct leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the General Staff - Ministry of National Defense ; the Party Committee and Command of the TC HCKT; the Party Committee of the Design Institute focused on leading the comprehensive completion of the goals and tasks of the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term.

Colonel Hoang Tuan, Party Secretary, Director of the Design Institute, representing the Presidium presented the political report at the Congress.

Notably: Leaders have performed well the advisory function for leaders at all levels in implementing the task of planning national defense land, especially the tasks of planning national sectors; the task of researching and promulgating sample designs of various types of barracks and training facilities to serve the task of training, combat readiness and regular construction in the entire army. Leaders have exceeded the production and business targets set by the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term. The average annual growth rate reached over 10%, the total revenue during the term reached over 2,000 billion VND.

The Congress voted to approve the conclusion on comments contributed to the draft documents of the Party Congress at higher levels.

Regarding the direction and goals for the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Design Institute determined to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Party Committee of the Military and Technical Organization on military and defense tasks, the work of the Military and Technical Organization and perform other tasks of the Institute. Focus on building a strong and clean Party Committee, a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "Exemplary and typical". Continue to lead and perform well the advisory function for the head of the Ministry of National Defense, the head of the Military and Technical Organization in the work of planning the use of national defense land; designing models; surveying, consulting, and building plans for the entire army's barracks. Lead and perform well the tasks of production and business, organize a lean, compact and suitable production model, apply new technologies and techniques to production to meet practical requirements and improve the efficiency and quality of consulting products.

The Congress also discussed and contributed opinions on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and the Congress of Party Delegates; elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and elected the Party Delegation to attend the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the Congress, Major General Ha Nhu Loi congratulated and praised the achievements and results that the Party Committee of the Design Institute had achieved in the past term; pointed out the shortcomings, and requested the Party Committee to focus on leadership to overcome and rectify in the coming term.
