Through the inspection, the working delegation highly appreciated the CSM training and phase 1 training of the Brigade. The Party Committee and commander of the unit have thoroughly and seriously disseminated the directives, resolutions, plans, and combat training documents of the superiors. 100% of the cadres directly training have been fully trained and fostered in accordance with the regulations. Lesson plans, teaching aids, training grounds, training grounds, cultural and material facilities serving the Party's work and political work have been fully prepared, ensuring the training mission.

The unit proactively improved the environmental landscape, combined with building a regular barracks; arranged a regular signboard system, in accordance with regulations and instructions from superiors. After more than 2 months of training, CSMs have good awareness, grasped the content and subjects of training; skillfully used weapons and equipment assigned; strictly followed the regulations, military etiquette, and safety rules; soldiers addressed and greeted each other according to standards; arranged internal affairs neatly and tidily, and mastered morning exercises.

Concluding the inspection, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Doanh acknowledged and commended the results of CSM training in the past time; requested the unit to continue to strengthen inspection work, organize training for subjects seriously, closely, correctly, and fully with content, methods, and programs according to regulations, focusing on safety assurance work. Maintain strict and orderly work through lesson plans, train cadres according to decentralization. Strive for "3 realities in training", especially in 3-explosion training. Organize swimming training, ensuring 100% of the staff can swim.

Along with that, well organize emulation movements, training ground agitation, Party activities, political work. Do well the work of political and ideologicaleducation , build cadres and soldiers with self-awareness, sense of responsibility, high determination in performing all assigned tasks; regularly care for the lives and spirits of cadres and soldiers.
