With this cooperation program, CIS Lao Cai and Ultra Education will jointly develop and implement a business and entrepreneurship curriculum for students at three levels, from grades 1 to 12.
The program will be localized to the cultural and educational context of Vietnam. Along with that, Ultra Education will be responsible for training the teaching staff of CIS Lao Cai and providing continuous online support to teachers during the teaching process, as well as organizing events and activities related to creating an entrepreneurial spirit for students.
The Business and Entrepreneurship Education Program is designed for students to study in 2 semesters (30-34 weeks per level). Students will start studying this program from semester 2 of the 2025-2026 school year.
In addition, short-term courses (10-12 weeks) to equip outside students with basic business knowledge and entrepreneurship skills are also offered at the After-School Cultural and Skills Training Center.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Comrade Luyen Huu Chung, Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province, said: CIS Lao Cai is the first partner of Ultra Education in cooperation in providing programs as well as training teachers to teach business and entrepreneurship to high school students in Vietnam.
The implementation of the program is very meaningful and practical for the students of the school in particular, and Lao Cai province in general, aiming to equip them with basic business knowledge and startup skills right from when they are still in school.
