Duc Lap Commune Party Committee promotes administrative reform, economic development, serving the people

Comrade Huynh Ngoc Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches, units, localities and 150 delegates representing the intelligence, will and aspirations of 1,480 party members in the entire Duc Lap commune Party Committee attended.

During the past term, the Party Committee and the people of Duc Lap commune have strived to overcome many difficulties and achieved important results in many fields. The economy maintained a stable growth rate with an average growth rate of 11.61%; the economic structure shifted positively towards increasing the value of agricultural production, combined with the development of trade and services. The whole commune has 231 enterprises, more than 1,535 individual business households and 4 cooperatives, 6 cooperative groups; the budget collection rate in the period is estimated at 12.87%/year.

The work of building new rural areas has been implemented synchronously, with the total investment capital for the program of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas being over 38 billion VND. The infrastructure system of transportation, electricity, schools, and cultural houses has been invested and upgraded, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

The cultural and social fields have many positive changes, social security work has been well implemented. National defense and security work has been maintained; security and order are basically stable, contributing to creating a favorable environment for local economic and social development.

Party building work continues to be focused on, the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization are enhanced. During the term, the Party Committee has admitted 106 new Party members, on average, 93% of grassroots Party organizations have fulfilled their tasks well and are clean and strong, 95% of Party members have fulfilled their tasks well, 100% of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations have fulfilled their tasks well.

The achieved results are an important premise for the Duc Lap Commune Party Committee to continue to strive in the new term, successfully implementing sustainable development goals and building an increasingly civilized and prosperous commune.

With the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Development", the Congress has set out the main goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term. In particular, the whole commune strives to achieve an average annual growth rate of total state budget revenue in the area for the 2025-2030 period of about 10%; the total value of products in the area reaches an average annual growth rate of 8.42%; the poverty rate according to the multidimensional poverty standard by 2030 is below 0.4%. The Party Committee strives to admit 3% of the total number of Party members; every year, over 90% of Party organizations complete their tasks well, 90% of Party members complete their tasks well or more...

The 1st Congress of Duc Lap Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, set out the goals, tasks and key solutions for the coming term.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Huynh Ngoc Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee acknowledged and commended the efforts and results that the Party Committee, government and people of Duc Lap commune have achieved in the past term.

Comrade Huynh Ngoc Anh suggested that the Duc Lap Commune Party Committee should quickly stabilize its organizational structure, build a great solidarity bloc, and unify will and action throughout the entire Party Committee. The entire Party Committee should focus on implementing the four key tasks and two breakthroughs identified by the Congress; focus on developing culture and education, improving the quality of social security, and creating favorable conditions for the development of the private economy.

Localities need to promote comprehensive digital transformation associated with administrative procedure reform, improve the quality of online public services, build a transparent and effective administration; pay attention to ensuring national defense and security, maintaining social order and safety, and promptly resolving arising issues right at the grassroots level.

Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Huynh Ngoc Anh emphasized that immediately after the Congress, the new term Executive Committee needs to urgently concretize the Resolution into action programs, clearly identify the focus, key points, assign specific responsibilities, and combine with regular inspection and supervision so that the Resolution can soon come into life. The Party Committee needs to strengthen the work of building a clean and strong Party and political system; improve the quality of cadres and Party members with good qualities, capacity, close to the people.
