Van Hoi Commune Party Committee currently has 436 party members, operating in 14 party cells. In 2021 and 2023, the Commune Party Committee has excellently completed its tasks; for many years, it has successfully completed its tasks. The local Party Committee, government and people have always been united, made efforts and achieved many positive results. Up to now, Van Hoi Commune Party Committee has basically achieved 18/18 targets of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, some targets exceeding the set plan.

Together with the Van Hoi Commune Party Committee, the Ninh Giang High School Party Committee was chosen as a model congress at the grassroots level of the agency block. This Party Committee currently has 71 members, operating in 4 Party cells, and has successfully completed and excellently completed its tasks for many consecutive years.

The Standing Committee of Ninh Giang District Party Committee assigned the Organizing Committee of the District Party Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Party Committees to guide them in preparing documents, personnel, propaganda, and congress organization procedures.
