Offering incense to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Hoang Hoa District Party Committee

On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Hoang Hoa District Party Committee (September 1, 1930 - September 1, 2024), on the morning of August 30, a delegation of the district led by comrade Le Xuan Thu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council, offered incense and flowers at the Cu Da Revolutionary Historical Site, Hoang Duc Commune - where the first Communist Party Cell of Hoang Hoa District was established.

The stele records the place where the first Communist Party cell of Hoang Hoa district was established.

94 years ago, on September 1, 1930, at the house of comrade Le Viet Phon in Cu Da village (formerly Hoang Minh commune, now Hoang Duc commune), under the chairmanship of comrade Le Huu Lap, the first Communist Party of Vietnam cell of Hoang Hoa district was officially established, called Cu Da cell, the predecessor of today's Hoang Hoa district Party Committee.

The cell consists of three party members: Le Viet Phon, Truong Khac Can, Truong Khac Khoan; comrade Le Viet Phon was appointed as Secretary. This is the fourth of the five cells of the Communist Party of Vietnam established early in Thanh Hoa province.

The establishment of the Party Cell marked an important turning point in the revolutionary movement of Hoang Hoa district. Under the leadership of the Party Cell and the district Viet Minh Committee, Hoang Hoa people launched the earliest uprising to seize power in Thanh Hoa province on July 24, 1945.

The victory of the uprising to seize power in Hoang Hoa was later assessed by General Secretary Truong Chinh as a creative, complete and very bold uprising, worthy of being the leading flag of the uprising to seize power in Thanh Hoa .

Leaders of Hoang Hoa district, cadres and people offered incense to commemorate the contributions of loyal communist soldiers, the first generation members of the Hoang Hoa district Party Committee.

At the Cu Da historical revolutionary relic site, the delegation representing cadres, party members and people of Hoang Hoa district respectfully offered incense and flowers to commemorate the great contributions of loyal communist soldiers, first generation party members of Hoang Hoa district Party Committee, and heroic martyrs who devoted and sacrificed for their homeland and country.

On the basis of reviewing the precious and heroic revolutionary tradition that previous generations of cadres and party members have created, generations of cadres, party members and people of Hoang Hoa district continue to uphold the spirit of solidarity and determination to successfully complete the Resolution of the 27th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025, soon turning Hoang Hoa into a town before 2030.
